Sterling 5.9mm PowerCord
Many companies manufacture small diameter, low stretch, high strength cord and these have mostly been marketed to rock climbers for setting multi-point anchors at belay stations. One such example is Sterling Rope’s PowerCord. The specifications for this cord tell us that it is 5.9mm diameter with a MBS of 19.0kN and that it derives its strength from its aramid core.
